1. Order Process

  • Customers may modify or change their orders if stock is available. There is no specific time limit for changes.

  • Orders are prioritized for customers who pay online. Walk-in customers risk missing out on products, especially during busy periods at the front café.

  • All products are supplied frozen.

 

2. Pickup Policy

  • We prefer customers to collect their orders within 24 hours of being notified that their order is ready.

  • Customers will receive a text message when their order is ready for collection. In some cases, orders may be available earlier than expected.

  • Customers must provide either the name the order was placed under, the invoice, or the order number for pickup.

 

3. Payment Methods

  • All online orders must be prepaid. This ensures priority and product availability.

  • Walk-in customers may purchase products directly, but availability is not guaranteed.

 

4. Age Requirement

  • There are no age restrictions for placing orders.

 

5. Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

  • Noosa Pie Company products contain NO MSG, NO added preservatives, and LOW sodium.

  • We offer dairy-free options (all pastry is dairy-free, and most pies), as well as vegan and vegetarian options.

  • However, we do not guarantee that our products are suitable for specific dietary requirements.

  • All products contain wheat (gluten), and most contain dairy products.

  • Due to manufacturing processes, products may contain traces of the following allergens: Fish, Crustacean, Mollusc, Egg, Milk, Lupin, Peanut, Soy, Soybean, Sesame, Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Hazelnut, Macadamia, Pecan, Pistachio, Pine Nut, Walnut, Barley, Oats, Rye & Sulphites.

1. Refunds & Exchanges

  • You should check your order immediately as it is supplied as e cannot accept product back due to food standards and public health and safety requirements.

  • Once goods are collected, refunds and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where an incorrect product was supplied.

 

2. Reporting Issues

  • Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of pickup by calling or emailing us.

  • Proof of the issue (e.g., photos) may be required.

 

3. Replacements & Store Credit

  • If an issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement product or store credit.

 

4. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed.
